Membership

We're glad you agree that direct primary care makes sense for you! Our membership subscriptions are flexible to meet your needs: you can contract on a monthly basis, or enjoy discounts for contracting on a quarterly or annual basis! We do ask that new members stick with us for at least three months, but otherwise you can cancel at any time, for any reason. We'll also ask for a one-time enrollment fee of $50.00 per individual (capped at $100.00 per family unit) to help us build out your medical chart with previous medical records. It's that simple!
